The project aimed at introducing elementary school students from the area of the City of Srebrenik to the importance of environmental protection, biodiversity of flora and fauna, and for the purpose of more correct utilization of natural resources, its protection and better knowledge of the living environment, as well as familiarization with the natural potentials of our city and the results exploration of the Majevica mountain. The donor of the project was the City of Srebrenik.
Results of the project: education was carried out in two elementary schools in the area of the City of Srebrenik, which included between 50 and 100 students aged 9-14.
Our field surveys of flora, fauna and habitats provide valuable information about the state of biodiversity in our area.
Activities such as promoting environmental practices such as recycling and waste reduction contribute to reducing pollution.
Our work serves as an example of good practice and an inspiration to other communities and organizations.
Through our activities, we build togetherness and solidarity among citizens who share the same purpose - the preservation of nature.
